Clubs & Think Tanks
This is how the "Quart d'Heure d'Avance" clubs were born
Organized at Kea and on our initiative, they bring together leaders from different sectors who wish to project themselves into the future and contribute to the reconfiguration of their activity. These exchanges between peers make it possible to identify the preeminent projects and the courses of action that can be implemented quickly within existing organizations: hence the quarter of an hour in advance and not the hour in advance...
Most QHAs give rise to publications :
At Kea, we like ideas, concepts, fundamental topics and… the blank page. We also like discussion and even confrontation, opening up to the ideas of others to make them mature is obvious. This is why we organize and participate in many think tanks.
Anticipating, contributing to the debate, being at the forefront of ideas without being fooled by fashions guide our definitely unique, even disruptive, approach to the transformation of organizations.
Beyond its own think tanks, Kea is strongly committed to several innovation circles
Alongside managers, we are committed to ensuring that their companies gain in ability to anticipate and adapt while preserving/developing their distinctive strengths. Our ambition is to work with the management committees to give meaning to the changes underway, at the same time to think about the strategy and its execution, the target and the path, by making employees actors in the transformation. We deal with a wide range of subjects: strategy and growth, competitiveness and performance of operations, management and human resources, strategy and digital acceleration – with original approaches, the fruit of nearly 20 years of innovation, whose objective is performance sustainable.
Entreprise & Progrès, the circle of activist leaders : think & do tank, focused on business stakeholders (institutional, political, academic, thematic experts) to "advance progress" : a whole program at the service of the common good !
In 2019, Christine Durroux led a reflection workshop on the question of the responsibility - economic, social, environmental - of digital platforms, in resonance with the challenges associated with the long transformation that is looming at the corporate level. Since December 2019, she is vice-president in charge of new growth models.
Business Community at Mission : association created a few months before the promulgation of the Pacte law, with the aim of transforming capitalism and promoting " company with a mission as a 21st century business model.
It is only natural that Kea & Partners is a member in several respects :
First of all as a precursor in strategy consulting since the first European firm to become a "company with a mission" from March 2020. And in support of 2 of the 3 commitments listed in the statutes of the firm : guide managers and companies towards sustainable success, combining performance and contribution to the common ; promote responsible processing innovation in an ecosystem
Then due to the appointment of Arnaud Gangloff on the Board of Directors, alongside 10 other managers committed to rethinking the place of business within the Company
Finally, by the unfailing involvement of David-Emmanuel Vivot in leading the community since its creation
Institute of Sociodynamics (ISD) : created in 2013 in the wake of the tribute to our friend Jean-Christian Fauvet, founder of sociodynamics. A key founding member, Kea remains one of its most active contributors, thanks to a hard core of consultants passionate about the challenges of management, autonomy and collective intelligence.
At a time when leaders are confronting the complexity and transformations to be carried out, when the issues and challenges of the next world are multiplying, when everyone is wondering about the future of work, ISD demonstrates the universality and modernity of the concepts of sociodynamics. Faced with the weakening of intermediary bodies and public policies, sociodynamics constitutes a reasoned, rational and legitimate base for building the company of tomorrow. Because the change to a new responsible model cannot succeed without the empowerment of employees.
Thibaut Cournarie, Director at Kea & Partners, was the conductor of the first Managerial Innovation Campus which brought together more than 1,500 participants in 2017. Since 2020, he has been the President of the Institute for a period of 2 years.
The Intangible Observatory : dynamic reflection platform wishing to fully play its role as an actor in democratic debate in order to help companies pivot and transform thanks to their intangible capital.
In an economy increasingly dependent on knowledge and innovation, disrupted by issues of responsibility, intangibles constitute a major performance lever for companies, notably through extra-financial indicators.
Kea has been involved for nearly 10 years in work contributing to the economic revival of companies through the exploitation of their intangible resources (in particular human capital, relations with customers, shareholders, suppliers, R&D, patents, software and organizational processes, etc.). Jérôme Julia, Senior Partner, has chaired the association since 2014.
Sully Committee : Club of leaders, created on the initiative of industrialists of the food industry, the ANIA, the CFCA, the public authorities and actors of the food sector, the Sully Committee is an association intended to promote French agro-food.
Kea - through Christophe Burtin, expert in the sector - contributes to working on the development of the sectors.
French Fashion Institute Foundation: After having co-signed the essential study with players in the Fashion sector on the challenges of reinventing the sector (" the new economic models of fashion"), Kéa pursues its partnership with the IFM, by contributing in particular to its pedagogical innovation and its R&D work. Chaired by Bruno Pavlovsky, President of Fashion Activities at Chanel and President of Chanel SAS, the purpose of the foundation is to support the school's ambition being the world reference in terms of creation, management and know-how in the fashion world.
Les Entretiens de Valpré : every year, a day and a half of inspiration on the key issues of the economy, business and society.
Guillaume Bouvier, director of the Kea office in Lyon, has been involved for several years alongside François Morinière in the programming of this event for managers, around themes that resonate with the firm's convictions (short time / long time, responsibility of company, courage of the leader…). Kea is a content stakeholder, launches surveys and leads workshops on D-Day.
Circle of European HRMs: a network of national circles of HRMs or ex-HRMs with solid and international experience, aimed at improving social dialogue and promoting social responsibility in Europe. For several years under the impetus of Hervé Lefèvre and then Jérôme Julia, Kea has taken an active part in the debates and invited people to step aside by surrounding themselves with intellectuals such as the philosopher and sinologist François Jullien or François Régis de Guenyveau, author from the science fiction novel "Un Dissident".
Finally, Kea is a member of several think tank to discuss its R&D subjects
> Recasting of capitalism & Responsibility : in the continuity of its "mission-based company" positioning, Kea intervenes within Ethic (employers' organization and movement of influence, agitator of ideas which intends to put the human being at the heart of the system) and the C3D, the College of Directors of Sustainable Development, reference association of actors who work for more responsible companies.
> Digital transformation : Kea & Partners supported the launch and development of the Innovation Factory, the first digital innovation cluster campus in Paris, directed by Anne Lalou ; the firm is a partner historical. This provides our clients with an innovative device to catalyze their digital transformation, through an approach that breaks with innovation processes that are too linear and confined to the boundaries of the company.
> Futures of industry and work : Kea is partner of the Chair "Futures of Industry and Work: training, innovation, territories" (FIT²) with Mines ParisTech and participates in the reflection on the means of adapting work to the aspirations of employees, training to skills needs and the action of the companies to the expectations of the stakeholders. Since its launch, several academic publications have already been published.
> And of course, Kea & Partners is a member of Syntec Conseil .
As a rebound, we invite you to discover our interdisciplinary approach at the epicenter of our consulting practice.
