Management team
I have always been a strategy consultant and I participated in the creation of Kéa in 2001 before taking over its presidency in 2012. For almost 20 years, I have supported and led the firm's R&D work (responsible transformation, management innovation, alert company, etc.). Committed to action alongside my clients, I work mainly on major international transformation projects in complex environments, in particular for industrial, transport, real estate and luxury players.
I would like to thank all my associates for their support in making Kéa a key player in the world of general management consulting and a pioneer in the field of business transformation and a responsible actor since Kéa is the 1st consulting firm in strategy to adopt a "mission-driven" status. Also a member of the Board of Directors of the Communauté des Entreprises à Mission (french association of mission-driven companies), I am convinced that business has an important role to play in building a desirable economy that reconciles economic performance and the common good.

Impact and responsibility are my driving forces. For 15 years, I have been leading the development of Kea's thinking on these issues, helping companies to take responsibility, to move from discourse to contribution, by mapping out their pathways to responsible transformation. After working in the energy sector, my last 15 years have been dedicated to mass consumption, in particular food and cosmetics.
In 2014, I co-founded - with the support of consultancy Kéa, Algoé, Colombus and Weave - CO , a non-profit strategy consulting firm dedicated to the general interest, of which I am General Manager, and whose vocation is to help companies define their strategy and their contribution to society, and to enable projects of general interest to increase their sustainability and impact. Two passions have always guided my actions: people and technology.
After starting my career in consulting in 1992, I held positions in technology and supply chain management at Novartis, Sanofi-Aventis and Sephora (LVMH). In 2001, I decided to join the Kea & Partners adventure. In this context, I developed my expertise in the field of technologies that are transforming businesses and society, requiring us to look at the world in a different way. More than a digital transformation, it is a socio-digital transformation that needs to be carried out: an exciting challenge to take on. I work mainly in the field of mass consumption and distribution.

Innovation in the transformation of organizations, especially responsible ones, is one of my main topics. In this context, I am President of the TTA Institute, the European think tank that concentrates the innovative approaches of our network, The Transformation Alliance.

To me, this is an important area of opportunity for companies looking to make a positive impact, as it touches their entire value chain - sourcing, product development, supply chain, manufacturing... all the way through to go-to-market.
So I promote green and service supply chains, responsible sourcing, and even positive energy factories. This led me to contribute to the ministerial report on the relocation of the textile sector in early 2021.

With a belief in the good and a desire to contribute to the best, I have always been an optimist! It's a state of mind that has structured my entire career and the way I approach my clients' problems and assignments: developing the potential of the situation as close as possible to my interlocutors, favoring the "do with" in a strong direction of "result and action".
I have cultivated these two characteristics since my early days in business development in the parapharmacy sector, then throughout my consulting career at Gemini Consulting and Kéa, on topics such as business development, strategy and growth, commercial excellence, transformation of organizational models for greater performance and commitment.

Having come to insurance through Information Systems, my "first love", for more than 15 years I've been dedicated to helping develop this sector that plays a key role in French and European economic and social development.
Today, it is with particular enthusiasm that I work in the new wave of IS - insurance and data. Combining the two allows me to imagine and build the winning insurance business models of the next decade. In particular, I co-authored a manifesto in favor of engaged insurers, convinced that the company with a mission is a major lever of engagement in resonance with the original purpose of such a sector.

Brand is my original sin: it was the common thread of my university thesis and my early career in consulting at Bossard Consultants. From there, my focus broadened to include growth topics - from strategy to implementation and management issues.
I developed an original approach, the "laboratory mode", which aims to unleash the power of local management by activating the levers of pride and initiative. I help managers to exploit this enormous field of efficiency, both in industry and in distribution.
Today, I am in charge of the "Management in a transformational situation" courses.

I have been cultivating ambition, energy and intimacy with my clients for over 20 years! Since my first steps in consulting, I have developed a passion for the luxury, fashion and retail sectors.
In France and abroad, I enjoy working with my clients to address their strategic challenges (vision, brand, customer experience, new business models, innovation, acquisition) and their competitive challenges (transformation of merchandise models, agile & responsible sourcing, cost variability, network performance).
As industry boundaries blur, hybridization and business model development are now at the core of my expertise.
This has led me to co-sign two emblematic studies on the transformation of the textile sector: "The new economic models of fashion", with the IFM and the support of the DEFI and all the federations of the sector; "Relocation and sustainable fashion", CSF report submitted to the Ministers of Ecological Transition and Industry.

I joined the Kéa group in 2008. I've been working in the aviation industry in the United States for several years.
Since then, my ambition has been to better connect people to business, business to society and society to people by supporting leaders in their strategic thinking and transformation projects.

Since then, I have been leading our development in the first French region in terms of number of ETIs with a local team that combines consulting and coaching expertise.

Entrepreneurship in consulting and the new world.
I chose consulting almost at the beginning of my professional life, first at Gemini Consulting and then at Kéa, which I joined when it was founded in 2001.
I have always been open to the international market, working very quickly on my first international projects and then settling in Mexico between 2004 and 2008, mainly to carry out acquisition and growth projects. It was there that the idea of developing Kéa's business in Latin America was born, before it took shape.
Back in France, I continued to work on the internationalization of Kéa, developing its activities far from Paris, all over the world, but always with a foothold in Latin America.
In 2013, I concretized my entrepreneurial project by creating an office for Latin America, based in Sao Paulo.
We now have a well-established business that is developing on the continent, in ever stronger collaboration with Kea and The Transformation Alliance to build a global approach and offering for our clients.
