ABOUT MELODY

Mélody is an expert in digital and technological transformation. She guides and empowers business leaders to seize the opportunities offered by digital and data — and to create new ones. What drives her: helping organizations reinvent themselves in a world where user behavior evolves faster than traditional models. She believes in a pragmatic approach to digital — one that serves performance, customer relationships, and long-term differentiation.

At Kéa, Mélody leads the ‘Customer First’ offers, which encompasses digital strategy, go-to-market approaches, relational and activation strategies, and omnichannel journey orchestration. For nearly ten years, she has supported major brands in designing ambitious, realistic, and value-generating digital strategies. She also leads the firm’s AI offering, underpinned by two strong convictions: reconciling humans and machines, and industrializing use cases to embed AI into daily operations. For Mélody, technology is never the end goal — it’s a transformation lever to be activated with discernment and distinctiveness.

Mélody began her career at Strategy& (PwC), where she spent five years delivering high-impact performance plans with strong operational rigor. Early on, she became convinced that digital innovation would profoundly reshape business models, prompting her to specialize in digital transformation. This led her to join the entrepreneurial venture Euclyd (now part of the Kéa Group), a pioneer in digital strategy consulting.

Over her 14 years in consulting, Mélody has worked with numerous companies — particularly in retail (brands, store networks, global groups), as well as in other sectors — on omnichannel and data-driven strategies. She excels at bridging strategic vision and operational execution, bringing business lines and functional teams into concrete, actionable journeys. Her engagements consistently combine ambition, clarity, and a sharp sense of timing, with one goal in mind: creating sustainable value for the organization.

Digital transformation is not a race toward technology, it only becomes truly valuable when it puts people at the heart or it. I constantly seek the right blend of uniqueness, innovation, performance, and purpose-driven experience.
