ABOUT ALECIA


Alécia supports senior executives in defining growth strategies, marketing mix decisions, and international expansion initiatives, through a structured and action-oriented approach. She helps brands and companies scale by combining strategic vision with a strong sense of execution. She pays particular attention to brand dynamics, international growth levers, and organizations’ ability to generate sustainable value.

As a Director within the Brands & Retail team, Alécia brings energy—and the occasional business or pop-culture reference—to the development of Kéa’s expertise across the luxury, retail, food, and B2B distribution sectors.

Before joining Kéa at the end of 2024, Alécia built her career across both large corporations and consulting. She spent five years at Moët Hennessy (LVMH), including time in New York, working on marketing-related challenges. She then spent four years in strategy consulting at Mawenzi Partners (Eight Advisory), where she developed strong analytical skills and a nuanced understanding of business issues.

Throughout her career, Alécia has built recognized expertise in brand and growth strategies, operating in demanding international environments.

Grounded, curious, and very much in tune with her time, Alécia has a strong appreciation for the art de vivre: cooking, pastry, oenology, Top Chef, Netflix, Pilates, and yoga. She holds a vocational diploma (CAP) in pastry and devoted her final thesis to luxury leather goods—reflecting her deep attachment to craftsmanship and product excellence. These are values she is eager to pass on to her clients… and to her two young children.
