Agnès is a specialist in cultural transformation.

Within the Human Capital & Engagement team, Agnès leads projects focused on shaping strategic vision, engaging managers and teams in operationalizing these strategies, executing cultural transformations, fostering managerial development, and managing large-scale changes that require a dedicated change management component. A polyglot fluent in English, German, and Polish, she regularly works in international contexts, thriving on the diversity of cultures.

What she loves about consulting is the human dynamics at work behind strategies, priorities, and organizations. In her view, listening and understanding, building connections among teams, involving everyone, and linking various topics to create shared objectives are the best ways to foster cohesion, pride, engagement, and mobilization. Recognized for her warmth, attentiveness, and rigor, Agnès helps create a collaborative work environment.

Today, she heads Kéa’s development initiatives in strategy and culture, guiding the process from recognizing its strengths and limitations to taking decisive action in order to fully unlock its potential. She is also actively involved in issues of gender equality and in integrating parental considerations within the consulting profession.
