H&Z
Based in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria, H&Z joined us in 2010, bringing powerful expertise in operational transformation processes, particularly in industrial sectors.
From the very beginning, our projects have had an international scope. In 2010, we co-founded The Transformation Alliance — an international network bringing together five independent top-management consulting firms: Cordial, H&Z, Kéa, MBS Consulting, and Q5. Together, we have more than 900 consultants operating across five continents, with 16 offices in 12 countries.
We give European players a competitive edge in our core areas of expertise — where France is a recognized reference point — including agri-food, retail, luxury, and the circular economy.
With our regional hubs — each a center of excellence — and the members of our Transformation Alliance, we have built a professional community founded on shared values, a common vision of our profession, and a distinctive approach to business transformation.
This network enables us to operate anywhere in the world, delivering transformation practices that are both rich in expertise and uniquely our own.
A deep mutual trust, forged through real-world experience and joint project delivery:
Projects carried out in over 30 countries across 5 continents (with more than 25 languages spoken within The Transformation Alliance, thanks to the recruitment of bicultural profiles)
The Transformation Institute – our internal university with a dual mission: sharing know-how and developing new approaches
