ABOUT XAVIER

An expert in systems science and change management, Xavier helps organizations define a desirable organizational and cultural target, then mobilize teams to achieve it. He draws on systems thinking as well as social and behavioral sciences to make transformations both learning-driven, embodied, and respectful of human dynamics.

At Kéa, Xavier leads R&D work on the theme of “making change operational in the field” and heads Arkos, the subsidiary dedicated to change engineering and organizational mobilization. He explores the conditions for change that is more sustainable, more engaging, and better integrated.

Xavier began his career at Orange, working on foresight and the anticipation of future business models in telecoms. He then joined Bellaventure, a consultancy founded by a former Bossard partner, where he discovered his passion for social sciences. There, he developed transformation approaches based on storytelling and the embodiment of collective narratives. He later became a partner at a firm specializing in decision-making in complex environments and systemic approaches.

Since 2019, Xavier has structured Kéa Group’s change approaches, founded Le Cercle, a think tank on transformation capacity, and supported major organizations in their cultural, managerial, and operational transformations. He designs immersive programs that foster lasting ownership, from executive committees to frontline teams.
