Thibaut supports leaders in their organizational, managerial, and responsible transformations, bringing together performance, human engagement, and societal impact.
Trained in hands-on management, he champions a vision of consulting rooted in action and sustainability. His areas of focus include management, responsible transformation, and collective dynamics.
As Senior Partner at Kéa, Thibaut leads the group’s Impact & Responsible Transformation practice. He drives the firm’s research and development on these topics and contributes to evolving consulting practices in service of a more desirable economy.
He is co-author of the white paper HR beyond HR, of the book L’Entreprise face à sa responsabilité (Descartes & Cie, 2022), and regularly publishes articles in Les Revues de Kéa.
Thibaut began his career as a manager in retail banking before joining Kéa in 2006 to put this operational experience into perspective. Since then, he has cultivated a pragmatic, rigorous, and committed consulting approach, at the intersection of business, organizations, and purpose.
Thibaut is President of the Institut de la Sociodynamique, where he works to foster new managerial models and promote innovation in collective practices.
He is also co-leader of the Campus de l’Innovation Managériale and actively contributes to reflections on how organizations can transform in the face of major social and environmental challenges.
