ABOUT STÉPHANIE

Stéphanie supports industrial companies in their major strategic transformations, across sectors such as healthcare, cosmetics, agrifood, transport, and luxury. She steps in where value chains must evolve, where performance can no longer be conceived without consciousness: accounting for environmental impact, enhancing territorial attractiveness, and engaging human capital. Her driving force? Helping companies become simultaneously high-performing, resilient, and responsible.

A committed Partner, Stéphanie actively champions gender parity and diversity within the firm. She has significantly advanced the representation of women in governance bodies, notably achieving 35% of women reaching the director level—a true stepping stone toward partnership. She plays a catalyst role, rallying collective energy and driving deep transformation.

Stéphanie’s career has been fueled by a long-standing passion for industry. As a child, she dreamed of running production workshops full of robots and machines. Discovering systems thinking and management sciences led her to consulting, convinced that science could serve the progress of organizations. She then built a career at the crossroads of strategy and field realities.

Over the years, she has led complex projects to redesign business and industrial models, both in France and internationally. She has also contributed to working groups and initiatives on sustainable industry and responsible innovation, making a demanding yet optimistic voice heard in the sector’s evolution.

“What gets me up in the morning is the idea that we can transform industry so that it fully plays its role in a world in transition. I love connecting people, territories, and technology — and showing that performance can go hand in hand with meaning.”
