For more than 25 years, Stéphane has been supporting business leaders in reshaping their operational and managerial models, driven by the conviction that performance and responsibility must now advance hand in hand. In his view, companies must transform to build a desirable economy—one capable of integrating the growing complexity of social, environmental, and economic challenges.

Stéphane works on deep transformation programs—both strategic and organizational—for major players in French infrastructure and industry. He draws on his experience to help clients question their direction, rethink their models, and reconcile the expectations of diverse stakeholders with a sustainability mindset.

He began his career at the Vivendi group as a manager in Hungary and then in France, before moving into entrepreneurship with an innovative telecom start-up. He later joined the world of strategy consulting, gaining experience in France and internationally (Spain, the Middle East, Canada), which enriched his systemic and multicultural perspective on transformation.

With his dual background in both industry and consulting, Stéphane is recognized for his ability to ask the right questions about the future of organizations and to engage executive teams in responsible, concrete, and ambitious transformation journeys.
