ABOUT SOPHIE
Sophie advises senior executives on strategic transformations, placing people at the heart of success. Her conviction is clear: without a strong human dynamic, there can be no lasting transformation. She helps organizations leverage their culture, build competency strategies, and adapt work structures to successfully deliver on their strategies and transformations. Her approach combines strategic vision, a deep understanding of human dynamics, and the ability to foster collective engagement—serving responsible, impactful, and inclusive transformations.
Sophie joined Kéa in 2023 as Senior Partner, leading Impact & Responsible Transformation. Her mission is to develop a new advisory offering centered on the human dynamics of transformation, closely connected with strategic, business model, and societal impact considerations. Her role also contributes directly to shaping the firm’s own trajectory as a purpose-driven company: making human capital and engagement central levers of responsible performance.
Sophie began her career in strategy consulting at A.T. Kearney, where she spent ten years and rose to the position of Principal. She then joined Bain & Company France as Head of Operations and Human Resources before moving to Crédit Agricole Group as Senior Vice President, responsible for group-wide HR development and transformation. In 2019, she returned to consulting as a Partner at PwC, focusing on organizational and cultural transformation, before joining Kéa.
She has led numerous high-impact projects in demanding environments: organizational redesign, large-scale change management and mobilization, future-of-work programs, and skills strategy development and deployment. She is recognized for her ability to build strong bridges between strategy and human realities, as well as for her leadership in complex, multi-site, and multicultural transformation contexts.
“As the transformation of work accelerates—driven by demographic shifts, the rise of AI, climate change, and evolving attitudes toward work—the challenge is to strike the right balance between economic performance and sustainability for teams. Meeting this challenge requires rethinking human capital: health and safety, skills, engagement, and social cohesion.”
