Raphaël supports African companies in their strategic, managerial, and operational transformations. His commitment: adapting the most rigorous consulting methodologies to the continent’s cultural, economic, and social diversity in order to build sustainable growth trajectories.

Based in Casablanca since 2018, Raphaël co-leads Kéa Africa alongside Cyrinne. He deploys Kéa Group’s expertise – strategy, operational excellence, management – within a dynamic of local innovation, while also contributing to the firm’s growth across the African continent.

Before joining Kéa Africa, Raphaël worked at several consulting firms, including Neovian Partners and Theano Advisors. He also co-founded two start-ups in the publishing sector in France and the United States, strengthening his entrepreneurial mindset.

From Casablanca, he has advised numerous Moroccan and pan-African companies on defining strategic visions, redesigning organizations, and improving performance. He ensures that every engagement becomes a lever for concrete, sustainable, and responsible transformation.
