Olivier advises service-sector companies—particularly in real estate and waste management – on their major strategic, organizational, and managerial transformations.
For more than 15 years, he has developed recognized expertise in circular economy issues, with a proven ability to bring together value chain stakeholders into impactful coalitions. He is committed to linking economic and human dimensions to make transformation a collective and lasting dynamic.
A Senior Partner at Kéa since 2018, Olivier has co-led and advanced the firm’s thinking on organizational model transformation, helping executives rethink management practices and governance in times of profound transitions.
Since 2023, he has also served as Managing Director of Kéa Group and as Partner responsible for talent acquisition and development.
Olivier joined Kéa in 2005 after an initial career in consulting. Over the years, he built strong expertise in change management within complex environments, always placing human dynamics at the heart of transformation journeys.
President of MySezame, Olivier is also engaged in raising awareness and training leaders on social and societal impact. He contributes to Kéa’s work on transformation through sociodynamics, supporting companies in aligning strategy and building collective commitment.
