ABOUT MATHIEU
Mathieu supports companies through major transformations, with a particular focus on positive impact, societal value, and the sustainability of business models. An engaged entrepreneur, strategist, and humanist, he dedicates his energy to helping organizations combine performance with impact.
Audacious by nature, Mathieu has founded several companies. In 2001, he co-founded a strategy consulting firm alongside former Partners from Kearney and McKinsey. This first entrepreneurial venture shaped his consulting style: rigorous, pragmatic, and impact-driven. In 2021, he co-founded Faire!Mieux, a Do & Think Tank bringing together industrial players, retailers, start-ups, and experts to accelerate the transition of the food sector toward more sustainable models.
Mathieu joined Kéa in 2011, drawn by a firm that resonates with his values—combining strategic excellence, collective spirit, and a deep commitment to transforming business models.
A specialist in consumer goods, luxury, and retail, he advises on issues ranging from strategy and circularity to fundamental transformation of operating models, organization, and performance. His approach is demanding, pragmatic, and consistently impact-oriented.
Today, Mathieu works alongside business leaders to guide them through their most critical transformations, with a strong emphasis on economic, social, and environmental impact. He helps them build more sustainable models while ensuring long-term competitiveness.
Dynamic at heart yet outwardly serene, he exudes a calm strength that enables him to face the challenges of the future with confidence. Passionate about the forest—the landscape of his childhood—he draws constant inspiration from it: a vision of a more regenerative world, where development and balance go hand in hand.
“I despise those faint-hearted souls who, in striving to foresee everything, dare not undertake anything.” Molière
