Marie-Catherine has over 30 years of experience supporting companies in rethinking their brand, innovation, and business model strategies. She is particularly effective when it comes to exploring future potential, shifting perspectives, and creating strategic advantage, with an exceptional ability to combine analytical sharpness, creativity, and a results-driven mindset.

Thanks to her, companies become bolder, more distinctive, and more relevant in an ever-changing world.

Marie-Catherine co-leads the Strategic Innovation practice alongside Bruno Taborin. She encourages executives to embrace bold business model shifts and to translate a differentiating vision into tangible levers for action, both in France and internationally.

Her career path reflects her own character: a kaleidoscope of experiences—from strategic and operational positions in major FMCG groups (Danone, Nestlé, Reckitt), to leading strategic planning at Saatchi & Saatchi (Publicis Group), to strategy consulting at Ipsos and later Kéa.

This diversity fuels a “hands-on” and transversal approach, enabling her to address any market category with agility and impact.

Recognized for her ability to connect consumer expectations, brand ambition, and business strategy, she works across varied contexts—from international brand repositioning to the design of disruptive innovation platforms.

Her multicultural identity—Italian by origin, French by birth, Corsican by adoption—enriches her perspective, which is often original and profoundly human.
