ABOUT KARIM

For more than 30 years, Karim has been advising executive teams of public and private organizations on strategy, transformation, innovation, and governance.

What drives him: thinking and acting at the crossroads—building bridges between long-term vision and concrete transformation, public and private sectors, economic performance and global impact.

Karim is particularly recognized for his ability to operate in complex, multidimensional environments, leveraging collective intelligence to guide systemic change. He is known for aligning leadership teams around ambitious transformation projects, often with significant societal implications. He advises both large corporations and multi-stakeholder coalitions, in France and internationally, across industries facing deregulation or disruption.

He has also been a key contributor to the debate on innovative business models, public policies, and public-private partnerships.

An engineer by training and an early entrepreneur in consulting, Karim founded Ylios (now part of the Kéa Group) in the early 2000s, with the ambition of offering an innovative alternative to large consulting firms.

There, he developed a distinctive consulting practice, combining methodological rigor, human closeness, and the search for innovative solutions in sectors undergoing major transformation: infrastructure, healthcare, digital services, and more.

Karim also contributes actively to several think tanks and academic chairs, notably the Governance & Regulation Chair at Université Paris Dauphine.

His ability to combine systemic diagnosis, quantitative approaches, and human capital makes him a key player in large-scale transformations.

“I believe in dialogue across worlds, to design fair responses to complex challenges. Trust, rigor, and collective intelligence are the three pillars of successful transformation.”
