For Jörg, optimism is a strategic stance. It is an optimism he cultivates daily with his clients and teams throughout every stage of development, growth, and transformation projects he supports. Jörg knows how to mobilize through collaborative approaches focused on action, results, and people.

He also contributes to strategic thinking around the development of new markets and business models, often in constrained environments.

Jörg has played a key role in anchoring the firm’s expertise in commercial development and operational performance, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry – his area of specialization, though not exclusively.

Engaged and always on the move, he actively contributes to Kéa’s visibility and invests in external growth initiatives that shape the firm’s development—most notably when Kéa partnered with the design consultancy Souffl.

Jörg was personally involved in the incubation of Tech Care for All (TC4A), an impact-driven health start-up in Africa founded by Emmanuel Blin, of which Kéa is a co-founder. He is also a shareholder of Team Planet.

An agricultural engineer by training, Jörg began his career in the pharmaceutical industry before joining Gemini Consulting, and later Kéa, where he deepened his approach to high-impact transformation.

At Kéa, he developed a strong co-construction mindset with clients, blending strategic rigor with operational grounding- always with a touch of good humor.
