ABOUT JEROME

For more than 25 years, Jérôme has been advising executive teams on strategic, organizational, technological, and cultural transformations. He has developed a demanding yet inspiring approach that combines differentiation strategies, innovative operating models, and the valorization of intangible assets. What drives him: linking sustainable performance with the human dynamics at the heart of organizations.

Jérôme began his career in 1993 at L’Oréal in Germany, before joining PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting in 1997, where he built expertise in leading change within complex environments. Over the years, he consolidated recognized know-how in governance, corporate function performance, and international transformation.

Drawn by the entrepreneurial challenge, Jérôme contributed in 2004 to the launch of Kéa & Partners, a consulting start-up focused on responsible transformation. Today, he leads the Services practice, covering both financial services and selected non-financial services. He also plays a driving role in the firm’s research and development efforts, by leading strategic think tanks and publishing reference works on intangible assets and corporate culture.

Jérôme co-authored Les immatériels actifs (Cherche Midi, 2011) with Hervé Baculard, followed by La stratégie réincarnée (2017) and La culture, trésor caché des entreprises (2020). He also published L’immatériel, révolution silencieuse (Ilots de résistance, 2020).

A leader in advancing extra-financial performance and extended corporate value, Jérôme has chaired the Observatoire de l’Immatériel since 2014. This ecosystem of business leaders, academics, and policymakers aims to identify, measure, and develop intangible resources within organizations. Each year, the movement produces perspectives and guides, hosts executive groups, celebrates awards, and organizes events (such as the National Day of Intangible Assets).

A committed European, Jérôme has been a Board Member of the Cercle des European HR Directors since 2015. He is also a frequent speaker and serves as adjunct professor at HEC and ESSEC.

“A strategy only matters through the way it comes to life within an organization. Intangible assets are not invisible: they live in practices, relationships, and convictions.”
