ABOUT JÉRÉMIE

At the crossroads of sustainable development, organizational transformation, and educational design, Jérémie cultivates a unique approach: radical in ambition (in the original sense of going to the root of things), yet pragmatic in solutions. As a consultant, speaker, trainer, and facilitator, he has been committed for more than 18 years to driving change within organizations, at every level. What drives him? Opening new pathways where the company’s future story is written within planetary boundaries, with social justice ensured. He thrives on sparking awareness, triggering commitment, and reinventing collective narratives.

Jérémie leads MySezame, a consulting and training firm (Qualiopi-certified) and a purpose-driven company. He actively contributes to the Impact Circle of the Kéa Group and regularly shares his insights in Le Bulletin Kéa de l’économie souhaitable.

His background is both rich and unconventional, spanning consulting, entrepreneurship, and large corporations: consultant at Wavestone, organizational project manager at Crédit Agricole Cheuvreux, founder and CEO of MyPrivateOpera (he himself is a baritone), and later at Nickel (a BNP Paribas company), where he headed organizational, risk management, strategic marketing, innovation, and CSR functions.

A regular lecturer at ESSEC and ESCP on sustainability and responsible innovation, Jérémie brings transition topics to life in a tangible and accessible way. He offers a systemic vision, original teaching formats, and the ability to rally teams along the path of transformation.

“We are waging a war against nature. If we win, we are lost.” – Hubert Reeves
