He brings his energy to engage stakeholders, surface on-the-ground solutions, and support transitions rooted in economic and territorial realities.

At Kéa, Jean-Baptiste leads work around “Territories,” heading a team that explores how companies can leverage development levers at local, regional, and national levels. As an “impact coach,” he ensures every project strikes a balance between strategic ambition, operational transformation, and social responsibility. He also plays a proactive role in nurturing talent and team dynamics.

Jean-Baptiste began his career in Paris at Courcelles, a boutique strategy consulting firm specializing in financial services. This experience provided him with strong sector-specific expertise. He joined Kéa in 2021 to broaden his functional and industry scope.

He primarily supports senior executives in the services sector (banking, insurance, investment funds, B2B services) with strategic planning, business model redesign, and large-scale transformation programs. He is also involved in territorial strategy projects and, as a member of Kéa’s Lyon office, is actively engaged in the Lyon Place Financière network, which brings together economic and financial players from the region.
