Co-founder of Kéa, Hervé plays an active role in expanding the firm internationally and developing its activities in sectors of strategic sovereignty and French excellence.

Passionate about development and the geopolitics of economics, he has recognized expertise in strategic projects and organizational evolution – key drivers of competitive advantage – by combining strategy, organization, and intangible capital.

A strategy consultant and committed entrepreneur, Hervé began his career at Bossard, where he quickly stood out for his action-oriented mindset, systemic analysis, and focus on long-term business development.

Hervé is co-author of Les immatériels actifs (Cherche Midi, 2011), a pioneering reflection on new drivers of sustainable business growth. He recently published France, vers l’économie du quatre-quart, a forward-looking article on the major transformations underway.

He also served as President of Consult’In France (Syntec Conseil) from 2010 to 2016, where he contributed to shaping both the practices and regulatory framework of the consulting profession.
