ABOUT GUILLAUME
For more than fifteen years, Guillaume has been advising executives in France and abroad on strategic thinking and transformation projects. He is particularly active on go-to-market strategies, organizational performance, and strategic partnerships. He advocates an approach to consulting rooted in impact, proximity, and trust-guided by the conviction that a strategy only comes to life when it is collectively embodied.
Guillaume plays a key role in developing the firm in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region and in the Private Equity sector. In 2015, he founded Kéa’s Lyon office, which he has led ever since, building a strong local presence anchored in the region’s economic ecosystem – France’s leading region in number of mid-sized companies (ETIs). There, he leads a multidisciplinary team addressing the specific needs of local businesses.
In January 2025, Guillaume took the lead of Kéa’s Private Equity practice, a long-standing area of expertise within the firm, now structured as a dedicated practice. He supports investment funds across the value chain, in particular on strategic due diligence, portfolio reviews and acquisition screenings, as well as on value creation programs for portfolio companies.
Guillaume began his career with operational experience in industry, notably in the aerospace sector in the United States. These early years in the field shaped his consulting style, resolutely oriented toward tangible, measurable, and human-centered transformation. He joined Kéa in 2008, finding a professional home aligned with his values: strategic rigor, collective spirit, and entrepreneurial freedom.
A born business developer, Guillaume has turned the Lyon office into a strategic hub for Kéa, recognized by clients and regional economic leaders alike. His trusted partner stance – able to engage equally with ETI executives and investment funds – makes him a key player in consulting, both in the regions and in the world of private equity.
“Advising funds and executives is more than structuring a strategy: it means activating levers of sustainable value creation that strengthen both the economic and human impact of companies – where they live and grow.”
