Author of Luxury Talent Management (Palgrave Macmillan, 2013), he advises leading fashion and luxury houses on the design of tailor-made programs. He draws on his expertise acquired both in consulting and within prestigious maisons to address the challenges faced by international companies operating in demanding environments – often more exposed than others to today’s multiple crises.
