ABOUT ARNAUD
Arnaud has been advising business leaders for over two decades on major transformation programs, guided by a strong conviction: economic performance can no longer be separated from the common good.
He leads strategic transformations in complex, international environments, with a particular focus on the industrial, transportation, real estate, and luxury sectors. His approach is built on a subtle balance between strategic vision, hands-on engagement, and collective purpose, with constant attention to the positive impact of corporate transformations.
President of the Kéa Group since 2012, Arnaud has helped establish the firm as a leading player in the French and European strategy consulting landscape. Under his leadership, Kéa became the first French strategy consulting firm to adopt the status of entreprise à mission (purpose-driven company), reflecting a strong commitment to building a desirable and sustainable economy.
A former high-level athlete (once considered a hopeful of French skiing) and a strategy consultant “from the very beginning,” Arnaud left Bossard to actively co-found Kéa in 2001 alongside several partners from major international consulting firms. He has shaped his professional journey by combining entrepreneurial spirit, intellectual rigor, and collective engagement, in the service of a renewed vision of the consulting profession. His ambition: to transform not only organizations but also the consulting industry itself, fostering a culture of responsibility and impact.
Arnaud serves on the Board of the French Community of Purpose-Driven Companies, where he contributes to its national outreach, and was re-elected in June 2025 to the Board of ESSEC Alumni. Co-author, with Thibaut Cournarie, of L’entreprise face à sa responsabilité (Descartes, 2022), he regularly leads cross-company discussions on the economy of tomorrow, new forms of leadership, and the evolving role of corporations.
Widely recognized for his resilient optimism, Arnaud embodies a form of strategy consulting that is deeply human and resolutely action-oriented.
“I am convinced that companies can—and must—act as a compass for society. A mission cannot be proclaimed; it must be lived daily, through choices, actions, and alliances.”
