ABOUT FRANCOIS

François has been supporting industrial companies, mid-sized firms, and large groups for over 30 years in their strategic, operational, and digital transformations and development.

Throughout his career, he has worked across the automotive, aerospace & defense, nuclear, agrifood, and industrial services sectors.

François has advised on topics such as operational excellence, corporate and industrial strategy, post-acquisition integration, and digitalization.

He joined Kéa in 2012 after working in major international consulting firms as well as mid-sized firms. He has led numerous transformation and performance projects internationally—across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
