ABOUT DAVID-EMMANUEL
David Emmanuel has been supporting companies in their complex transformation programmes for over twenty years, working at the interface between strategy, organisation and collective dynamics.
He has developed a demanding and responsible approach to help companies reconcile performance, planet and people.
At Kéa, David-Emmanuel embodies the desire to support all companies in their responsible transformation.
As co-founder of Kéa in 2001, David Emmanuel helped shape the firm’s DNA, at the crossroads of executive consulting, transformation and impact.
From 2012 to 2016, he led Kéa’s Innovation Lab on business transformation, exploring new models of organisation, management and governance.
David Emmanuel works to ensure that the role of business in society is fully recognised and integrated into strategic decisions. He also helps position Kéa as a leading player in responsible transformation, CSR, civic engagement and the link between consulting and impact.
David Emmanuel left Gémini Consulting, which he joined in 2000, to co-found Kéa in 2001. With the creation of Kéa, he established a consulting approach that combines strategic vision, operational excellence and social awareness, with a long-term perspective.
From 2017 to 202x, he co-directed the Consumer Products division before taking over as head of the Impact and Responsible Transformation division.
He is a member of the board of directors of MySezame, Nuova Vista and Arkos, sister companies within the Kéa Group.
Active in the field of social and solidarity economy, he is also in charge of the ‘Kéa acteur de la société’ programme, a collective engagement initiative mobilising clients, partners and employees around concrete initiatives, such as the partnership with La Cravate Solidaire, of which he has been a member of the board of directors since 2016.
“Transforming a business is not just about optimising a model: it is about helping it to play its full role in society. I firmly believe that by engaging managers, teams and partners around this responsibility, we can build responsible and sustainable performance.”
