ABOUT DAMIEN

For more than 25 years, Damien has been supporting financial services players, building expertise across retail banking, specialized financial services, and capital markets. He advises on network development strategies, the management of complex transformation programs, operational efficiency, and the transformation of technology functions – always with a strong focus on the concrete impact of projects on business lines.

Damien joined Kéa in 2006 after an initial career in consulting. Today, he is a recognized leader in banking transformation projects, combining a deep understanding of business challenges with the ability to design and steer ambitious change programs.

He began his career in capital markets before moving into consulting, seeking the diversity of contexts and client engagement it offered. At Ernst & Young and later at Capgemini Consulting, he built solid expertise in financial services transformation.

Damien has advised major French and international banks on strategic development, network transformation, operational redesign, digital, data and AI-driven change, and large-scale change management in complex environments.

He also contributes to Kéa’s international growth as Operating Partner of Kéa Africa. He is recognized for his ability to rally teams around a transformation vision that is both concrete and performance-driven.
