ABOUT CYRINNE

Cyrinne advises Moroccan and African companies on the design and implementation of their transformation strategies, guided by a strong conviction: combining strategic vision, operational excellence, local anchoring, impact, and responsibility. Deeply engaged in the continent’s economic transformations, she pays particular attention to adapting Kéa’s consulting approaches to local cultures and to the specificities of each market and company.

Co-Director of the Casablanca office since its creation in 2012, Cyrinne has worked to extend Kéa Group’s expertise across Africa while developing tailored approaches for her clients. She plays an active role in embedding the firm locally and in advancing its mission: contributing to sustainable and responsible growth on the continent.

Before joining the entrepreneurial venture of Kéa Africa, Cyrinne spent five years at Eurogroup Consulting in Paris, where she honed her expertise in strategic and organizational issues with major public and private clients.

Based in Casablanca, she has led numerous transformation projects for companies in financial services – particularly banking – as well as in industry, retail, energy, and infrastructure. Her rigorous yet collaborative approach has helped position Kéa Africa as a leading player in Morocco and several sub-Saharan African countries.

“Contributing to Africa’s economic development requires consulting that is demanding yet pragmatic—rooted in local realities and oriented toward impact.”
