ABOUT CELINE
For more than 20 years, Céline has been advising senior executives in Retail, Fashion, and Luxury in France and abroad. She works both on strategic challenges – vision, growth strategies, brand, customer experience, innovation, and new business models – and on competitiveness levers, such as merchandise model transformation and network performance. She advocates a consulting approach inspired by international trends, closely connected to the field, and open to hybridization of models in order to shape the commerce of tomorrow.
Céline has been leading Kéa’s Retail, Luxury, and Consumer Goods practice for over a decade. A member of the Executive Committee since 2023, she also oversees the firm’s business development strategy.
From the very start of her consulting career, Céline developed a passion for commerce in the broadest sense, and for Fashion and Luxury in particular. This became her vocation: working alongside executives and their teams to create value by combining brand power, customer emotion, and operational excellence. She quickly established herself as a trusted strategic partner to major maisons and global groups, helping to position the Fashion & Luxury industry as a sector of innovation, responsibility, and sovereignty.
For two decades, Céline has also been deeply engaged with industry federations supporting commerce and, in particular, the Fashion & Luxury sectors (DEFI, French Ready-to-Wear Federations, Strategic Fashion & Luxury Committee, Alliance du Commerce, PROCOS). She is regularly invited to share her expertise and contribute to industry-wide reflections on transformation.
In 2021, she joined the Foundation of the Institut Français de la Mode (IFM), where she is committed to supporting the school’s development and its ambition to expand its global influence.
Céline is also co-author of several landmark studies: Accelerating the Internationalization of Fashion Brands (with the French Fashion Federations and DEFI), New Economic Models in Fashion (with IFM and DEFI), and Relocation and Sustainable Fashion—a report submitted to the French government as part of the recovery plan for the Strategic Fashion & Luxury Committee (CSF).
“I found a way to do the work I love, alongside the players who inspire me. Fashion and Luxury are industries that combine excellence, historic savoir-faire, and future vision. They know how to create desirability and reinvent themselves, while showing deep respect for their history and values.”
