Bruno has been advising leaders in retail, consumer goods, and B2B industries for nearly 20 years on their growth and strategic repositioning challenges.
A specialist in ambitious transformation journeys, he works on issues ranging from strategic vision and business model reinvention to customer relationship (customer centricity) and responsible sourcing.
Bruno joined Kéa in 2004. Today, he is a recognized expert in high-stakes strategic transformation projects, particularly in international contexts, where he combines long-term vision, pragmatism, and mobilization capacity. Since 2022, he has been leading Kéa’s innovation branch (Kéa tilt!) where his curiosity and creativity fuel foresight.
Throughout his career, Bruno has supported major industrial and retail groups in developing conquest strategies and reinventing their business models.
A skilled polyglot, Bruno works effectively with international organizations and companies expanding globally, whether on strategic alignment, repositioning, or the implementation of sustainable and competitive business models.
