ABOUT ANNE

Anne advises executive teams on vision, strategy, and transformation. She is convinced that major projects only come to life when they are both embodied by leadership and embraced by teams. To achieve this, she combines strategic design—working closely with executive committees—with hands-on implementation support. In her area of expertise, Banking, she is recognized for her pursuit of excellence and creative thinking. She is particularly invested in collective dynamics, hybrid models that connect digital technologies and human factors, and new ways of fostering trust and mobilizing talent.

Anne leads Kéa’s Financial Services practice, where she develops an original approach to strategic innovation and cultural transformation. Perfectionist and creative, she works both on defining new business models and on enabling organizations to bring them to life: aligning leadership teams, transforming professions, and activating collective dynamics.

Anne began her career at Bossard Consultants, working on growth strategy. There, she developed a consulting style that combined intellectual rigor, listening skills, and creativity.

She has supported numerous banking groups and institutions in building their strategic vision, developing new offerings, and transforming their organizations. She has contributed to the emergence of new professions linked to data, the hybridization of formerly siloed functions, and the convergence of organizations toward ambitious yet tangible goals.

She also serves on the Board of Syntec Conseil, where she contributes to reflections on the role and mission of consulting in a post-crisis context.
