ABOUT ALICE

Alice has been committed to leading complex transformations for over fifteen years. She focuses on management practices and collective dynamics.

When it comes to change management, she holds a strong conviction: it’s not so much people who need to change, but the context in which they operate. Project management, then, becomes a true art form.

For her clients—managers, HR directors, executive committees — she brings her expertise to help organizations transition toward deliberate, chosen dynamics rather than reactive or imposed ones.

Her consulting practice draws from a variety of methods: sociodynamics, the systemic and strategic approach of Palo Alto, behavioral economics, and organizational sociology.

At Kéa, Alice co-founded the entity dedicated to behavioral evolution. Since then, she has been developing innovative transformation approaches that reconcile performance with the development of human capital. She designs and leads programs that enable companies to balance organizational efficiency, empowerment, and the regeneration of human resources. She acts as a true catalyst for change, attentive to the uniqueness of each context, each group, and to fostering autonomy among stakeholders.

Alice began her career in strategy consulting, before broadening her scope to include the human dimension of change. Her passion for collective dynamics and her talent for blending expertise and discipline naturally led her to train in coaching, facilitation, and behavioral transformation techniques.

This journey has enabled her to develop a consulting style that is rigorous, structured, and deeply human.

“Between stimulus and response, there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.” — Viktor Frankl
