Since the health crisis, the most predictable sector – up to 8 years of order book for single-aisle aircraft – has become erratic. It drags down in its fall an entire ecosystem made up of large European groups and hundreds of ETIs and SMEs. With these harsh perspectives, the stakes are however multiple  : continuation of R&D programs; maintenance in activity, even slowed down, of the productive tool; continuity of a flow of talents trained in the trades; continued introduction of new technologies; continued international expansion. What are the transformations to be carried out?
