Côme operates at the intersection of two core areas of expertise: operational performance, particularly in EBIT recovery contexts or turnaround situations, and the design and delivery of ambitious transformation programs. His approach is driven by a strong ambition: helping executive teams take a fresh look at their activities, challenge both their strengths and blind spots, and clearly assess the scale of the step required to regain room for maneuver. He is committed to ensuring that each transformation journey is embodied by teams and generates sustainable value, with a constant focus on impact and ownership.

At Kéa, Côme leads activities related to operational performance, profitability improvement initiatives, and economic recovery projects. He is particularly involved in complex or high-pressure situations, where the challenge is to rapidly restore balance while laying the groundwork for structural transformation. He also plays an active role in developing these offerings and supporting leaders through critical moments.

Before moving into consulting, Côme spent five years in the Oil & Gas sector in Asia, based in Singapore. As a field engineer, he was responsible for the maintenance of construction vessels and the installation of offshore projects (pipelines, oil platforms, etc.). This early professional experience shaped his operational rigor, crisis management skills, and ability to work in multicultural environments.

Côme has supported companies across a wide range of industries facing performance challenges, strategic repositioning, or deep transformation. He brings an analytical mindset, a strong on-the-ground sensibility, and a proven ability to create the conditions for engagement. His international profile, shaped by a childhood spent abroad and an early career in Asia, enables him to navigate complex, multicultural environments with ease.
