Attentive, rigorous, and pragmatic, he ensures balance – both for Kéa and for Kéistes – between performance, excellence, and quality of working life. He embodies a form of “behind-the-scenes” leadership that is essential to the group’s strength and sustainability.

After 12 years in management consulting, supporting clients in France and abroad, Christophe joined the Kéa adventure from its very beginning. Since 2001, he has overseen the firm’s internal operations.

This dual posture – as consultant and entrepreneur – has shaped his vision of corporate management: both demanding and profoundly human.

Today, Christophe is responsible for the group’s operational effectiveness. As Head of the General Secretariat, he supports all Kéa Group entities across finance, legal, HR, technology, and corporate services. He leads a team of more than fifteen professionals dedicated to the firm’s day-to-day operations, growth, and transformation.

Over the years, he has been instrumental in all major milestones of the firm’s development: capital restructuring, organic and external growth, international expansion, and the adoption of the entreprise à mission status. He plays a central role in fostering the firm’s internal collective dynamic and in the ongoing professionalization of support functions.
