Benoît places impact and responsibility at the very heart of his consulting practice. For more than 15 years, he has supported companies in taking responsibility—helping them move from rhetoric to action and define their own pathways toward responsible transformation.

After initiating Kéa’s reflection on responsible transformation, he co-founded CO Conseil in 2014, a non-profit strategy consulting firm dedicated to the common good, created in partnership with Kéa, Bartle, Colombus, and iQo.

Today, he is fully dedicated to developing CO, supporting companies in their societal engagement and helping increase both the sustainability and impact of projects serving the public interest.

He is also a member of Kéa’s Mission Committee, where he actively contributes to bringing the firm’s purpose to life and embedding its mission into everyday practices.
