For over twenty years, Hugues has supported transformation, organizational, and operational improvement projects in France and internationally. His expertise has been shaped through assignments across a wide range of sectors—including industry, fashion & luxury, mobility, and logistics—with one consistent thread: helping companies structure themselves and improve performance without losing agility. He believes deeply in a form of transformation that reconciles efficiency, organizational coherence, and a strong human foundation… with the same sense of timing and precision he values on a golf course.

At Kéa, Hugues contributes actively to the firm’s collective dynamic beyond client work. Convinced of the importance of knowledge sharing in consulting, he serves as an impact coach, mentors junior consultants, plays an active role in training, and is involved in recruitment.

Hugues began his career as a lead buyer in the automotive industry, working directly with operational and cost management issues. He later transitioned to consulting, joining Bossard (Gemini Consulting), where he specialized in guiding companies through complex organizational transformations.
