ABOUT SOPHIE

Sophie supports leaders and their teams at key moments in their journey.
She brings her talents—innovation and inspiration—to help them achieve what they thought was impossible, whether through strategic innovation consulting or through demanding yet deeply human coaching.

A certified coach, Sophie initiated the coaching practice within Kéa Group and works with executive committees and leaders on leadership, alignment, and role transition challenges. She also supports creative professionals, such as artistic directors.

She co-founded Kéa Tilt in 2011, a consulting firm dedicated to strategic innovation, which she led for more than 12 years. There, she developed a dynamic and distinctive approach to consulting, grounded in creativity and impact.

Today, Sophie focuses internally on strengthening Kéa’s visibility and brand strategy, which she considers a key corporate asset and a strong driver of engagement—particularly in the framework of Kéa, Entreprise à Mission.

Before joining Kéa, Sophie worked in both consulting and media, where she built an approach combining strategy, human sensitivity, and intuition. This diversity of perspectives fuels her ability to design tailor-made solutions and open new possibilities in any context.

She is also committed to cultural and societal issues, especially the role of women in business and society—an issue she explored in her 2011 book Le Beau Sexe, written in collaboration with Chanel. In 2021, she created Kéa’s Bulletin de l’économie souhaitable, which she has been leading as editor-in-chief ever since.

“Relationship and imagination are my two driving forces. I love this quote from René Char, which I often share with the people I support: Impose your luck, embrace your happiness, and go towards your risk. By watching you, they will get used to it.”
