ABOUT FRÉDÉRIC

Frédéric has been supporting companies in their technological, digital, and human transformations for over 30 years. Driven by a dual passion—people and technology—he designs transformation journeys that combine operational performance, business model evolution, and team ownership.

He began his career in consulting in 1992 before joining international groups—Novartis, Sanofi-Aventis, and later Sephora (LVMH Group)—where he led global technology and Supply Chain transformation projects. These experiences gave him deep insight into operational and human challenges in demanding and fast-changing environments.

After these operational roles, Frédéric returned to consulting by joining Kéa in 2001, where he has been leading digital transformations and orchestrating major post-merger integrations for our clients. He drives ambitious digital transformation programs, combining strategic vision, executional rigor, and collective momentum. He has also managed several large-scale post-merger integrations, guiding companies through the convergence of their business models, systems, and teams.

His training in professional coaching enriches his integrative approach, enabling the shift from strategy to action while accounting for each organization’s specific barriers, levers, and dynamics. As a certified coach, he now leverages this expertise to strengthen the human impact of projects and help leaders sustainably engage their teams.

“Two things deeply drive me: my passion for people and my fascination with technology. And I remain convinced of one thing: life is a collection of encounters — these are what transform us, move us forward, and give meaning.”
