ABOUT YORAM

Yoram has been involved in high-stakes transformation projects for companies, institutions and collective organisations for over 20 years. A recognised expert in governance, strategic management and business model transformation, he combines analytical acumen with high standards of execution. Committed both professionally and personally, he advocates a humanistic and systemic vision of performance and believes in the power of collective action to create sustainable value.

Yoram leads projects in sensitive, multi-stakeholder sectors. He is particularly sought after for devising and implementing new governance structures (family, institutional or multi-entity) and re-examining organisational architectures. He supports transformation projects in rapidly changing environments, with a strategic and empowering approach. He is now one of the firm’s key figures on institutional strategy and non-financial performance (CSRD) issues.

Before joining Kéa Ylios in 2014, Yoram had a hybrid career path between business and consulting. He began his career in the steel industry, then joined Capgemini, where he led a large-scale international Lean programme for six years. He supported more than 15,000 employees in 12 countries on continuous improvement and cultural transformation projects. His time in both business and consulting has given him rare, cross-functional expertise in complex systems, governance and performance management.

Yoram regularly advises senior management and boards of directors on structural issues: reinventing governance in family-owned or institutional groups, strategic and organisational transformation of regulated professions, and repositioning corporate functions in large groups. He recently led a governance overhaul project for a global luxury goods company. A committed individual, he was also president of Les Glénans (1994-1999) and is currently involved in several academic and civic initiatives on regulation, transition and public transformation.

“Navigating complex transformations and staying on course requires flexibility. I enjoy helping leaders chart their course, even when they have to tack against the wind.”
