ABOUT ANNE-FRANCE
Anne-France brings together responsibility, business models and corporate identity with method and conviction. She supports executives and their teams in turning their social commitment into a strategic strength that enhances their overall performance and uniqueness. An expert in sustainable transformation processes, she strives to anchor companies in a long-term vision through concrete, agile and differentiating measures: purpose, mission-driven companies, expanded governance, etc.
Convinced that businesses are key players in the transition, she has been campaigning for more than 15 years for a demanding, proactive and integrated approach to CSR issues that goes far beyond regulatory compliance.
At Kéa, Anne-France brings her recognised expertise in responsible transition and impact models to bear, strengthening the firm’s strategic mission support offering. She also acts as a strong link with Nuova Vista, a mission-driven company she founded in 2010 and of which she remains Chair. The merger between the two structures marks a shared ambition: to accelerate positive change in businesses, ensuring consistency between vision, strategy and action.
Anne-France is also a committed internal voice on issues of shared governance and positioning the board as a driver of impact.
Anne-France spent the early part of her career working for large industrial and retail companies. She held strategic management positions in an international textile and agri-food group, then in a major French retail chain. In 2010, she made the bold decision to become an entrepreneur and founded Nuova Vista, a consulting firm dedicated to responsible business transformation. There, she developed a pioneering approach to societal contribution as a lever for value creation.
Anne-France is co-founder of the Communauté des Entreprises à Mission (Community of Mission-Driven Companies), which she established in 2018 alongside Mines ParisTech, Camif and Citizen Capital. She currently serves as a director on its board. She also holds several positions in pioneering organisations: chair of the mission committee at Camif, a company committed to responsible consumption, and chair of the mission committee at the Charier Group, a committed player in the construction industry.
“I have always believed that businesses can – and should – play a leading role in building a more desirable future. By creating Nuova Vista, then joining Kéa, I wanted to contribute to this momentum and help leaders overcome constraints to reveal the meaning, coherence and transformative power of their mission.”
