ABOUT ROMAIN
Romain places human capital at the heart of transformation journeys. He reconciles overall performance with quality of work by fostering sustainable and inclusive managerial dynamics. He supports organizations in their cultural shifts, in the evolution of HR practices, and in driving organizational transformation through people. Convinced that competitiveness stems from team engagement and autonomy, he designs tailor-made approaches that align with on-the-ground realities and impact-driven objectives.
As a Director within the Impact & Responsible Transformation practice, Romain leads the firm’s think-and-do tank on people-related topics. He develops methodologies and frameworks to support HR functions in their strategic repositioning, executive teams in their managerial transformation, and collectives in their ability to embrace change. His role also involves inspiring, sharing, and building momentum—both internally with consultants and externally with clients.
Prior to joining Kéa, Romain worked at Capgemini Consulting, where he sharpened his expertise in HR transformation and change management. There, he gained a strong consulting culture and built the capacity to support a wide variety of sectors—from public services and industry to the broader service economy.
Romain is actively involved in ecosystems that advance thinking around human-centric transformation. He contributes to the design and delivery of the Campus de l’Innovation Managériale, co-organized with the Institute of Sociodynamics at Sciences Po—a full day of dialogue on the impact of management practices on organizational transformation. His ability to bring together change agents, researchers, executives, and consultants reflects his collective spirit and desire to break down silos in transformation approaches.
“What drives me is helping our clients grow their competitiveness through human capital—convinced that reconciling sustainable performance and quality of work is essential.”
