ABOUT SANDRA

Sandra advises industrial companies – particularly in the construction sector – on their strategic and operational transformations, with a constant focus on balancing responsibility and competitiveness.

She works on issues such as strategic repositioning, environmental transition, organizational reinvention, industrial performance, and customer experience.

Having joined Kéa in 2007, Sandra has been instrumental in developing the firm’s Construction practice, while also advising clients in the transportation sector. She actively contributes to strengthening the firm’s expertise on new industrial models and the responsible transformation of operations.

Sandra began her career at a consulting firm specialized in the metals industry, where she developed a solid, hands-on, and sector-driven approach to industrial challenges. She joined Kéa to broaden her perspective and reinforce her strategic and cross-functional consulting stance.

She regularly supports executive and industrial leadership teams in times of profound change, helping them combine operational innovation, sustainability, and executional excellence. Notably, she led a flagship project for Saint-Gobain, focused on aligning strategy with environmental and industrial imperatives – a project that earned Kéa the 2023 Syntec Conseil Strategy Consulting Project of the Year Award. This recognition highlights her ability to lead high-impact projects that combine deep transformation with collective engagement.
