Our recruitment
process
We take great care with your application
Throughout the recruitment process, you’ll meet consultants who will share with you our unique style and positioning. These conversations will give you insights into our projects — how they unfold, their diversity, and the impact they create.
Our goal? To ensure that both you and we are equally enthusiastic and confident about the prospect of working together.
Our process consists of four interviews with Managers, Directors, and Senior Partners.
- Interview 1: You’ll meet with a Manager.
If, at the end of this first meeting, your background, profile, mindset, skills, and motivations align with our expectations, you’ll be invited to the second and third interviews. - Interview 2: A full business case study.
- Interview 3: Role-play exercises designed to assess your situational intelligence.
- Interview 4: If you successfully complete the first three steps, you’ll meet one of our Senior Partners for a final conversation — a moment we like to describe as “mutual seduction.”
- In summary: 4 interviews designed to make you want to join us — and no fewer than 30 Managers, Directors, and Senior Partners are involved in meeting you!
